Returns and Exchanges

All returns/exchanges should be shipped with the following; your name, order number, and a brief explanation of the return/exchange within 14 days of your orders original delivery date.

Exchanges

Please note, in order for us to complete an exchange we will need to charge an additional shipping fee on top of the restocking fee.

Clothing Items
We will not accept returns/exchanges on clothing that has been washed or worn. We cannot accept any return/exchange received after 30 days of your orders original order date. Anything returned to us after this time will be returned to you immediately.

If the item you ordered does not fit or you are not satisfied with the size you ordered and you would like to exchange it for a different size or another item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back us and you will also be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred to reship your item.

Incorrect Orders
If you received the wrong item you can send it back to us and we will replace it with the correct one. Please note the invoice number and which item you were supposed to receive.All items should be sent back using USPS First Class or Priority Mail, you will receive a refund for the shipping cost.

ANY PACKAGE RETURNED TO US SHOULD BE SENT WITH A TRACKING NUMBER. WE CANNOT NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED OR EXCHANGED ITEMS UNLESS CUSTOMER HAS OBTAINED PROOF OF DELIVERY.
